I had the pleasure of working on Spellbreak, a multiplayer action-spellcasting game where you unleash your inner battlemage! I got to work on various aesthetic designs, creating some icons and illustrations from scratch, others using pre-existing assets from a library of created artwork!

Add friends flow

Adding friends seems like a simple task to figure out, however on my first try I thought of every single possibility, and had to really simplify that down to get a version the engineers could quickly implement into the game. You can play the flow by clicking below!

New account flow

This was the first feature I was tasked with when I joined the project. I created a simple flow with high fidelity mocks and researched into how other games did this feature. I ended up with something closer to League of Legends, with the entire process being informative and easy for cross-platform use.

Quest feature

I worked alongside designers to bring this feature to life. I had to think up how the pages were laid out and how the player could track each quest. You can view each of the screens and how they look with the button below!

Store item bundle flow

Bundles were a new feature that Spellbreak wanted to have in order to compete with games such as Fortnite. It was up to the UX team to come up with a smart way to display these that really focused on letting the cosmetics shine. Below you can play a simple prototype wire frame of this feature.
