Project Cosmos — Building scalable UI patterns for a stylized fantasy adventure.
Complex game features often require players to navigate multiple states, decisions, and interconnected systems.
For Project Cosmos, I designed UX flows exploring post-game progression and relic management. These included victory results, character progression, inventory interactions, relic selection, and equipment swapping.
I mapped out interactions and system restrictions to identify how players would move between states, receive feedback, and complete important actions. By developing these flows alongside evolving UI concepts, I could explore interaction behavior and usability while supporting the transition toward more polished visual designs.

Character Screens
The characters need so many different screens to show them off. Here I tried to
1. Main Menu screen - Player start here when they log in.
2. After logging in, players select their hero.
3. Character overview page, from here players can check out all other character related pages.
4. Character ability page - all unlocked and locked abilities viewed here.
5. Character loadout with available states, slots and available gear.
6. Lore page - collectible lore cards for the character along with stories.
Post-Game Progression

Final Visual Language

SCALABLE SYSTEMS
Modular patterns that work across multiple game features.PLAYER-CENTRIC DESIGN
Clear, intuitive flows that reduce friction and improve understanding.PRODUCTION-READY
Polished, consistent UI from prototyping to final art.
